We collect account email, workspace membership, flow JSON, inbox messages, WhatsApp phone numbers of people who message a connected number, usage meters, and billing identifiers from Stripe.

Customer Cloud API tokens, app secrets, AI keys, and S3 keys are stored encrypted. We do not use your chat content to train a platform model.

We share data with subprocessors listed at /subprocessors only to run the product (hosting, email, payments, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API).

To request export or deletion of a workspace, an owner can use Settings → Danger, or email the operator.
