These terms are a starting contract for paid workspaces. They are not a substitute for counsel. By creating an account you agree to them.

You may author WhatsApp flows, connect a Cloud API number you control, and invite teammates. You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Business Terms. You may not send spam, scrape contacts, or use this product to impersonate Meta.

Billing is Stripe subscriptions for seats and included WhatsApp message volume, plus extra numbers as an add-on. AI keys and object storage you bring are not billed by us. Trials may be limited or ended without notice.

We process workspace data as a processor for your customer chats. See Privacy and Subprocessors. You remain the controller of end-user WhatsApp conversations.
